Project Manager

The Position

We seek a highly motivated Project Manager to steward our projects to success for both our team and our clients. The right candidate collaborates, communicates, and leads effectively with stakeholders that include our internal core team, extended team partners, and our clients with a consultative approach. The position will require some technical knowledge of the web and user-centered design as well as a strong eagerness to learn as you will play a key role on software development projects. You will manage client and internal communication, schedules, and expectations across multiple projects. This includes managing budgets, tracking and reporting project progress, helping to identify and limit risks, and above all, owning the success of each project you manage. Expect to be deeply immersed in projects, not simply reporting on them. You will regularly assign tasks, test user experience and functionality, and investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple projects in a given day. You love to streamline processes and make things more efficient. You enjoy planning, organization, and are easily excited by spreadsheets and calendars or see them as key tools in your toolbox.  Perhaps above all, this person is a very strong communicator, curious problem-solver, and motivated self-starter who seeks to understand the details rather than reciting or routing communication from various stakeholders. You will collaborate with a team across the U.S. and South America.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management in a consultative approach
• Collaborate with internal project team members, contracted resources, and clients
• Manage budget, hours, and resource planning

Bonus points for

• experience working in an agile environment
• account management skills
• familiarity with technical development and product management

Salary Range

• $70k-$80k
