At the beginning of the process, it is important to understand who you are as a company. What is the driving force behind why you do what you do? Once that is identified, our team will go to the drawing board and start conceptualizing different marks to create a logo.

Requirement gathering is the process of:
1) collecting together and agreeing on all of the work that needs to be done, 2) understanding what information needs to be available at different stages of work, 3) who has access to what and when, and 4) identifying any technology and performance requirements. We use this information to identify which users need access to what information at different stages.

During the system design phase, the requirements are organized into discrete steps, data models are roughly drafted to support the identified steps, and all technology and performance needs are clearly accounted for.
Once the system design is agreed upon, then tasks are created, sequenced, and assigned to the development team for implementation.
