The Position
We are looking to add a Business Development Coordinator to our core team. In this role, you will have inbound and outbound responsibilities. For inbound requests, you’ll take initial information-gathering calls, validate opportunities, create schedules, and coordinate the required team and resources to help us win work. You’ll be responsible for organizing and upkeep of the CRM. Outbound responsibilities will include outreach to target clients and vetting RFP opportunities.

You are an eager, curious, results-oriented self-starter who will work directly with company leadership to support the sales and marketing systems we have in place to improve them over time through experimentation and learning. The right candidate has the energy and drive to follow up quickly on tasks and is both proactive and personable in their communication. You will be a crucial part of the first impression Savas Labs has on prospective partners. Authenticity and thoughtfulness will be key to your and our success.
You have experience with
- Performing well in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, good at prioritizing time, and deadline-oriented
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients
- Creating and maintaining client records and mail lists in a CRM
