The Position

We are looking to add a UX Designer/Strategist to our team. In this role you will be responsible for conceptualizing human-centered user experiences by uncovering user needs through research, developing deep insights, generating concepts and crafting how people will interact with the products and services we design.  In addition, you will be participating in business development and internal process improvements. We'd like to see at least 4-6 years of experience in an agency environment.

About you

You have experience with:

  • Performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Collecting and assimilating customer data to guide design
  • Setting up and conducting user research and perform usability testing
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research
  • Synthesizing data from many sources to identify strategic opportunities and recommend innovative solutions
  • Creating information architecture for user experiences
  • Building storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Creating prototypes and design compositions
  • Understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa)
  • Constructing dynamic design that are technically feasible/prudent
  • Leading presentations and facilitating discussion and feedback
  • Working with Figma and other prototyping tools

  • Participating in or leading experimental internal or pro-bono client projects
  • Learning and building with new technologies or processes
  • Reading blogs, articles, and tutorials to stay abreast of industry trends
  • Building tools or design to develop new skills and market new company competencies
